Can I approve switches before you submit the application?

This means we’ll automatically start switching you once we find you a great deal. However, you are always in control, as we will send you all of the tariff details straight away.

Plus, if you ever feel like hitting the brakes or you want to stay with your current supplier, you have two weeks to cancel the switch – just let us know!

If you have received a text or an email asking you to pay for Look After My Bills it is a scam and unfortunately we have no control over or the individuals or organisation operating the scam. If you have received a scam message we strongly recommend that you take the following steps:

Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
