How can I find out what tariff I’m on?

You should be able to find your tariff on your energy bill under a section called ‘About your tariff.’

You can also give your current energy supplier a quick call and they’ll tell you what your current energy tariff is.

Your tariff should also be listed on your online account with your energy supplier.

It’s really important we know the name of your current tariff to make sure we can calculate your savings accurately.

Your tariff may also have an end date, and because of this, it is essential we have the right information to ensure we do not switch you early, as this would involve exit fees.

If you have recently moved into a new property you might not know who is currently supplying the energy – here is how to find out:

Who is my gas supplier?

Use the Meter Point Administration’s online search tool: Find My Supplier or call 0870 608 1524 (this call will cost 7p per minute plus your telephone company´s access charge).

Who is my electricity supplier?

Use the Energy Networks Association postcode search tool (opens another website)
