I have had no contact from my new supplier?

First things first, please check your Junk/Spam folder in your email inbox to see if anything from your new supplier has landed in there.

If you haven’t heard from the new energy supplier after two weeks, it’s best to give the supplier a ring and check that they have your correct contact details on their system.
