How do I cancel my switch?

If you need to cancel your switch, you need to let us know within your 14 day cooling-off period.

Please do so by emailing support@lookaftermybills.com from the email address on your account with the subject line ‘CANCEL MY SWITCH’ and with your reason for cancelling in the email body.
