My switch was rejected?

Your new energy supplier can reject your switch for a few reasons and unfortunately do not let us know why they have done so.

The best course of action is to contact the new supplier directly and find out why they rejected your switch, as if there is an issue with your information, such as your address being incorrectly attached to your meters in the national database, it means any switch attempts in the future may fail too.
