Your website says my usage is too high?

If you use more than 16,750 kWh for electricity and 70,000 kWh for gas then unfortunately we can’t find you cheaper energy.

This is because many energy suppliers won’t take on this level of usage or they may put you on a commercial tariff.

If you have received a text or an email asking you to pay for Look After My Bills it is a scam and unfortunately we have no control over or the individuals or organisation operating the scam. If you have received a scam message we strongly recommend that you take the following steps:

Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
