Your website says my usage is too low?

It’s important that you enter the correct usage when signing up with us as otherwise, you may come to find your payments increase dramatically. 

If on sign-up you are getting an error message to suggest your usage is too low, odds are that you’ve incorrectly entered the figures. 

For reference, an average households in the UK uses 3,100 kWh of electricity per year, and 13,000 kWh of gas.

  • Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
