The Digital Home Phone service is different from a traditional landline. With this, you can make calls using your smartphone anywhere at any time. However, a landline refers to a wired telephone that you can only use at home.
By 2025, EE plans to switch all customers from home phone service to Digital Home Phone. This is based on eligibility and availability of the service. You don’t have to pay extra for this service. It comes included in your broadband package, along with many inclusive calling features.
You can set up your Digital Home Phone by ensuring that your Smart Hub router is working and has a blue light.
