Competition Terms and Conditions

  • The reward value will be shown through marketing activities and will vary by campaign.
  • Entries to the competition close at midnight on the 12 December 2019.
  • This prize is open to UK residents over the age of 18, with the exception of any employee of the companies which operate this competition.
  • No purchase is necessary for entry into the competition.
  • You will be provided with one entry into the competition after completing your registration with Look After My Bills energy switching service and completing your first switch.
  • Switch processing 
  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw unless otherwise stated. If you have not claimed the prize within this time your prize will be void.
  • Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another competition.
  • Competition winners are selected randomly by computer.
  • Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  • If you are a winner you will be asked to confirm your postal address.
  • Prize images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.
  • All decisions of Look After My Bills are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition.
  • All existing customers who have completed their first switch prior to the competition start date will be entered automatically.
  • We agree to host and maintain the service, though errors (including technical and non-technical) can occur and our decision to address any issues or disputes is final.
  • We reserve the right to remove any entry from a competition and all decisions of ours are final in relation to any result, dispute, prize or competition.
  • Competition winners must provide a video testimonial, a photo and written testimonial.

If you have received a text or an email asking you to pay for Look After My Bills it is a scam and unfortunately we have no control over or the individuals or organisation operating the scam. If you have received a scam message we strongly recommend that you take the following steps:

 
  • Forward the suspicious text to your network provider for free to 7726. If you forward a text to 7726, your provider can investigate the origin of the text and arrange to block or ban the sender, if it’s found to be malicious;
  • Take a screenshot or screen recording of the text message and send it to the National Cyber Security Centre at ;
  • If you’ve lost money as a result of responding to a suspicious text message: (i) Report to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or visiting https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/contact-us; and (ii) report the fraud to your bank who may be able to recover some of the funds that they released on your behalf; and
  • Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
