If you have two meters for the same fuel (often referred to as ‘related meters’), unfortunately our service is unable to help you switch at the moment.
This is because many suppliers won’t accept related meters. It’s best to check with your current supplier that your two meters are actually at the same address.
If you have two meters but they are registered separately (i.e. they are billed separately), then we can treat them as separate properties and register them under the same account.
