How do I cancel my switch?

If you need to cancel your switch, you need to let us know within your 14 day cooling-off period.

Please do so by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject line ‘CANCEL MY SWITCH’ and with your reason for cancelling in the email body.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer service helpline on 0333 000 8000 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

If you have received a text or an email asking you to pay for Look After My Bills it is a scam and unfortunately we have no control over or the individuals or organisation operating the scam. If you have received a scam message we strongly recommend that you take the following steps:

Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
