Renewable energy is energy that is collected from renewable resources, which are naturally replenished, such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves, and geothermal heat.

You can let us know that you only want for us to look for 100% renewable energy tariffs when you sign up on our website.

This means that we will only switch you to a tariff which sources all of its electricity and some of its gas from renewable sources, which means you will be helping to preserve the environment.

  • Take a screenshot or screen recording of the text message and send it to the National Cyber Security Centre at ;
  • If you’ve lost money as a result of responding to a suspicious text message: (i) Report to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040 or visiting https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/contact-us; and (ii) report the fraud to your bank who may be able to recover some of the funds that they released on your behalf; and
  • Review your social media account settings to ensure that your contact details are not openly available to view.
