Data rollover

Superdrug Mobile offers data rollover on all of its price plans, so if you have excess data left over at the end of the month it will carry over to the next.

If you’re travelling outside of the EU you’ll have to pay a charge, and costs vary by destination so check with Superdrug Mobile before you set off to avoid any unexpected fees.

Roaming

You can enjoy inclusive roaming on Superdrug Mobile if you’re travelling within Europe, with a 12GB fair usage data cap. You’ll have to buy an add-on if you want to go beyond that limit.

Calls and texts are unlimited. Data comes out of your monthly allowance or data add-ons up to our fair use limit of 12GB. If your plan is 15GB or more, your data will be capped at 12GB per month when in the EU and to continue to use data you need to purchase a data add-on.

Tethering policy

You’re free to tether another device to your Superdrug Mobile SIM at any time! If you’re on the unlimited data plan you’ll be able to turn your mobile into a mobile hotspot without any restrictions.

However, if you’re on a lower data plan remember that the tethered device, be it a laptop, tablet, or anything else, will likely drain your data faster than your mobile does.
