O2 Priority is one of the best mobile provider rewards programmes around. You get priority access to exclusive offers, TV streaming savings, early-access tickets to O2 venues and freebies like Greggs. 

These perks and rewards are updated every month, while some (like Greggs) stick around. Plus, you get access to a range of competitions and prize draws, from winning an England Rugby jersey to going on fun adventures. 

You also get extra perks if they’re with O2 and Virgin-double data and double broadband speeds for no extra cost. 

It’s also worth bearing in mind that you get free data roaming in the EU. This could be handy for any trips you have planned abroad for the holidays. 

You can access its rewards on the website or the app (available on Apple and Android). To activate rewards you must log in to your account with your phone number and password. 

You have to be an O2 or Virgin Mobile broadband customer to get O2 Priority. 

However, O2 is quite expensive if you don’t use a lot of mobile data. But O2 mobile and SIM only deals are similarly priced to BT and Sky Mobile.

What rewards can I get?

If you love pop culture, restaurants and pub classics, O2 Priority gives you the best of all worlds. 

You can get free TV streaming, early concert tickets, free food-on-the-go and whatnot. Add these up and you could be saving a lot on your monthly expenses.

Some other benefits include: 

  • O2 Priority concert tickets: You can get presale tickets for big events at any O2 venue 48 hours before they go on general sale. Plus, once you reach the venue, there are sometimes more VIP perks, like fast-track entry and free drinks.
  • Free Priority tastecard Club: You get three months of free Priority tastecard Club, with two offers from Papa Johns and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. And if you signed up for the club before 14 January 2024, you can claim three more months free. 
  • Ends 11 February. Get 25% off at Prezzo: You can get 25% off your entire bill at Prezzo. This offer is only valid till 11 February while stocks last, so be sure to grab it quick. Any Priority customers over the age of 16 can avail this offer for dine-in only. You will need to let your server know that you’re using this reward while ordering. Make sure to read the terms and conditions and which restaurants are excluded from this offer. 
  • Two Vue tickets for £9: Get them any day at any location across the country. Plus, get 20% off food and non-alcoholic drinks. 
  • BBC Good Food three-month trial: You can find festive recipes and tutorials. Remember to cancel or you will be charged £24.99 after your free period ends. This is available for both Apple and Android users. 
  • Six months of free Disney Plus: If you’re a new O2 customer, you can add Disney Plus to your plan as an ‘extra’ and get up to six months for free whether you’re a new or existing Disney Plus subscriber. The number of months you get for free will depend on the tariff you choose.
  • Three months of free Apple TV Plus: Get three months of free Apple TV Plus if you buy an Apple product. 
  • Free Greggs: Enjoy a free Greggs sausage roll or Breakfast roll every Friday or Saturday.   
  • Free pint: Get a free pint or two-for-one drinks at your local O’Neill’s, Ember Inn or Sizzling Pubs every Thursday. It’s available in all locations across the country. 

Three

Three phone store

Three pay monthly or pay-as-you-go customers can take advantage of the Three Plus rewards scheme. This is available on its website or the app for Apple and Android users. 

What rewards can I get?

Three often offers good value SIM only deals. Note that your Three allowance doesn’t include roaming in a different country. It charges £2 a day for roaming in Europe and £5 a day fee for roaming around the world.

Here are some offers from Three that are worth considering: 

  • £10 off Uber Eats: You can get £10 off two orders if you’re new to Uber Eats. 
  • £1 coffee at Caffè Nero: Every week, you can get any drink of any size at Caffè Nero for just £1. 
  • £3 Cineworld tickets: Get to watch your favourite films for under a fiver at Cineworld across the country. 
  • 10% off Nike: If you’re planning to get a new pair of sneakers or new workout gear, be sure to get this 10% off discount as a Three member.

Vodafone

Vodafone’s VeryMe rewards scheme is available for pay monthly and pay-as-you-go customers. Rewards are available on the Vodafone website or Apple or Android.   

Vodafone rewards offer discounts on family outings, restaurants and subscriptions such as 2-for1 deals at local restaurants. You can also grab Friday specials like free coffee or gifts from popular brands. 

What rewards can I get?

  • 50% off adventures: With VeryMe Adventure Days, get 50% off UK attractions like aquariums and museums for a kids day out. 
  • Vodafone Entertainment plan: You can get Spotify Premium, YouTube Premium or Amazon Prime included in your plan. This means big savings for anyone as these would normally cost at least £8.99 per month. 
  • Six months of free Discovery Plus: You can get six months of free Discovery Plus Basic if you’re a Vodafone pay monthly UK customer. After six months you will pay £3.99 per month. 
  • Two Odeon tickets for £8: Visit your local Odeon and get two standard tickets for just £8, or two Luxe tickets for £13. You can enjoy a new film every week at any time with this offer. 

EE

The My EE app gives customers access to exclusive rewards, but its deals can be pricey compared to other providers. 

It gives you access to events in iconic locations like Glastonbury, Wembley and BAFTA. 

With Airtime Rewards and WeAre8, you can also earn cashback towards your mobile phone bill. Plus, get discounted vouchers to high street markets and online brands. 

What rewards can I get?

  • Six months of free Apple Music: All new and upgrading pay monthly mobile customers can get six months of Apple Music for free. This usually costs £9.99 per month, so it’s offering annual savings of up to £60. 
  • Microsoft 365: You pay an additional £5.99 a month on top of your EE broadband subscription. With this add-on, you get to use Premium Office apps like Word, PowerPoint and Excel on up to five devices. 
  • Entertainment Data Pass: Those on an All Rounder Plan can add this pass as a Smart Benefit. You get to stream and download data-free on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, Apple Music, Spotify and much more. 
  • TNT Sports on Discovery Plus: For £20 a month, you can watch TNT Sports on any compatible device and get access to Discovery Plus Premium. A regular TNT Sports package without broadband costs £29.99 per month, so this works out to be cheaper.

Sky Mobile

Sky Mobile is known for Sky Piggybank, which lets customers roll over any unused data to the next month. This is available for up to three years. 

Customers also get an extra 2GB in the piggyback for power outages. 

You can check your offers on the Sky Mobile app via App Store or Google Play

Plus, if you’re a Sky customer, you can use Sky VIP to get discounts on cinema tickets, enter prize draws and get match tickets. 

For this, you need to have an active Sky TV, Broadband, Broadband and Talk or another Sky Mobile service. 

What offers you get depends on the rewards tier you’re in or how long you’ve been a Sky customer. The higher the tier, the better your rewards will be. 

What rewards can I get?

  • Exchange data for rewards: Any spare data can be exchanged for discounts on phones, laptops, earbuds, etc. 
  • Unlimited streaming: You can stream on Sky apps without using any of your mobile data
  • Free Apple TV Plus for six months: Get to watch the latest Apple Originals and exclusive content added every week. A regular subscription costs £8.99 per month, so it saves you about £54 on TV streaming costs. 
  • Holiday experiences: Check to see if you could get one of Sky’s 100,000 festive experiences for the holidays.

Tesco Mobile

Tesco Supermarket Clubcard

Tesco Mobile is a great one for families and anyone who has a Clubcard. You can collect Clubcard points and earn rewards for food, activities, shopping and many more. Plus, it runs on O2’s network. 

What rewards can I get?

  • Clubcard: This is possibly the biggest discount Tesco Mobile has to offer. For every £1 you spend on your monthly contract, you can collect Clubcard points. Spend these at restaurants like Pizza Express or for places such as the Longleat Zoo and RED driving school.
  • 10% off selected Tesco Brands in-store: You can get 10% off Tesco Brands F&F, Fred & Flo, Go Cook, Tesco Pet, Carousel and Fox & Ivy at all times. 
  • 10% off groceries: Every twice a month, you can get 10% off your groceries at a Tesco store if you subscribe to Clubcard Plus, which costs £7.99. You can also get a free one-month trial of this scheme.  
  • Family perks: If you have more than one contract on your account, you can add a free perk every month for each contract. This can be anything from extra data to additional minutes, You can get Clubcard points or money off your bills. 
  • Triple credit: If you are a pay-as-you-go customer, you can get three times the amount of credit. So for every £10 top-up, you get extra £20 credit for free. This lasts a month and you can use it for calls, texts and data. 

BT Mobile

BT Mobile customers can get a BT Rewards Card which is pre-loaded with money that you can spend. 

You can claim it by logging into My BT. Once activated, you can use it anywhere Mastercard is accepted. 

Plus with EE and BT coming together, you also get access to more rewards from EE. 

What rewards can I get?

  • Add extra SIMs for 20% off: If you have a large household, you can add up to five extra SIMs to your plan. Get 20% off every SIM you add.
  • Extra speed: You can get an internet speed of 60Mbps as an add-on, which is twice what standard BT 4G customers can get. 

SMARTY

SMARTY, powered by Three’s network, offers EU roaming with all its plans, subject to a 12GB fair use limit. Plus, you get 5G at no extra charge. 

You can find the rewards on the website or the app via App Store or Google Play.

What rewards can I get?

  • Data Discount: Get money back for the data you don’t use, like £6 for 1GB, £7 for 2GB and £8 for 3GB. You receive this at the end of every month by paying £5 for these plans, which covers unlimited calls and texts. 
  • 10% off group SIMs: Get 10% off every SIM you buy for friends and family. You can also add up to eight SIMs on one account.

giffgaff

giffgaff is powered by O2 and has some of the cheapest SIMs available. They offer a few perks, such as payback and refer a friend, where you can earn up to £15. 

What rewards can I get?

  • Payback: Earn Payback points if you bring your friends to giffgaff or help out the community. Every June and December, you can convert your points into cash via PayPal, credit or a donation to charity. For every Payback point, you get 1p. 
  • Invite your mates: If you refer your friend, you get up to £15. This includes £5 payback when they activate their SIM and a £10 bonus credit if they join with an 18-month contract. Your friend also gets the same amount. This offer is only available till 5 January 2024.  

Lebara

Lebara runs on Vodafone’s network and is a great option for anyone who wants a flexible no-commitments contract for their mobile phone. 

You get free international calls to 41 other countries at no extra charge and free roaming in India and Europe.

It’s especially good for international students and working professionals who have family and friends back home.

  • Up to 25% off on electronics: get up to 25% off on Samsung, any refurbished phones, Xiaomi and other tech devices. 
  • Car insurance: Up to £390 a year savings on your car insurance.

  • Up to £40 vouchers: Refer a friend to VOXI and you can get up to £40 of Amazon, PayPal or JustEat vouchers.  
  • Unlimited social media, music, video and flexibility: You can enjoy all your favourite social apps, video and music streaming apps data-free on a 5G plan. This does not include voice or video calls. 
  • EU roaming: You can purchase a Roaming Pass from £2.25 a day or a reduced price if you get an 8-15 day pass. There is a fair use policy of 20GB applied to data while roaming.
