There are companies who want to pay us but we won’t switch you to. If they don’t provide good customer service then it’s not worth a few extra pounds to switch you to them. In order to keep our service free, we only switch you to suppliers who will pay us a commission. Don’t worry, if a supplier has terrible customer service we won’t switch you to them even if they want to pay us!
We always want to make sure it’s worthwhile for you to switch suppliers, that’s why we will only switch you if we can save you at least £50.
