Winter Refer a Friend Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

Our Referral prize draw program allows eligible registered Look After My Bills customers to earn themselves a chance to win a gift as detailed in the Schedule (Gift).


  1. Only signed up members of Look After My Bills are eligible.
  2. To be eligible for the Gift, members must have successfully referred a family/friend to Look After My Bills during a Promotion Period.
  3. Promotion Period is detailed in the Schedule.
  4. Referrals made outside of a Promotion Period will not qualify for entry
  5. The referred member must complete their sign-up for the Referee to be eligible for entry. 


  1. Each eligible Look After My Bills member that has successfully referred a new member during the promotion period will be entered into the draw to win a Gift 
  2. Only members that have referred a new customer will be eligible to receive the Gift.
  3. There is no cash alternative to the Gift and the Gift cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  4. Look After My Bills will endeavour to send the winner of the prize draw the Gift to the UK address provided and within 90 days of the timeframes stated above.
  5. Look After My Bills use selected third parties to distribute Gifts on our behalf, occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within the timeframe referred to above.
  6. Some Gifts may have specific restrictions as to suitability for use or have associated health and safety information. Any such restrictions or safety warnings will be indicated on the packaging with the Gift. It is your responsibility to read any such restrictions or warning and ensure that the Gift is suitable for your intended use.
  7. Look After My Bills accepts no liability whatsoever for the Gift and makes no assurance as to its functionality or reliability, which shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
  8. Look After My Bills cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the Gift are an exact reproduction of the appearance and/or colours of the Gift advertised and we reserve the right to substitute with another similar product.
  9. In the unlikely event that you receive a Gift which is faulty, please notify Look After My Bills as soon as possible to arrange a return. Faulty Gifts must be notified to us within 30 days or receipt of the Gift by you. Look After My Bills will not replace a Gift where faults arise from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Look After My Bills are unable to exchange any Gifts for any other reasons other than the Gift being faulty.
  10. Subject to these terms, Look After My Bills will endeavour to send you a replacement Gift within 90 days of the faulty Gift being received by us, subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the Gift.
  11. Look After My Bills cannot provide you with a cash equivalent refund or any other form of alternative Gift if you are not satisfied with the Gift sent to you.
  12. In any disputed case the decision of Look After My Bills is final and binding.
  13. Look After My Bills reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. In this situation a notice of withdrawal will be placed on the website.
